Analytics & site improvement
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the website is used and improve it. Analytics is activated only after you give consent through our cookie banner — nothing is loaded or tracked before that. You can reject analytics, or change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer, and advertising cookies stay disabled. We may also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for privacy-friendly aggregate performance.
WhatsApp & contact forms
When you contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form, WhatsApp (or your email app) opens to send your message to us, and that message may include the details you share (such as your name, number, and project details). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
By default this website uses only essential functionality. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept analytics; if you reject, no analytics cookies are stored. We do not use advertising cookies.
Smart assistant
When you use the digital assistant on the site, the messages you type may be sent to an external AI provider (Groq) to generate a reply. Please do not enter any sensitive or confidential information in the chat. The ITQANJO application does not currently save assistant conversations in its own database on purpose, and conversation state is kept only for the current browser session unless this changes later. We make no claims about how long Groq retains data.
